How to return or exchange…
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase. This will enable us to email you a Returns Form. Any returned items without a Returns Form will not be accepted.
- The Returns Form must be returned with the item.
- Return shipping is your responsibility so please ensure you pack the item carefully and use a Track and Trace method to ensure we receive the return within 7 days and to avoid lost or damaged goods, which are your responsibility.
- Please remember to return your item with the original receipt, original tags attached and in Brand New, Unworn condition. Any garments that have been washed, damaged or soiled will not be accepted.
- When the return has been received we will contact you within a maximum of 3 working days, either via email or phone (excludes weekends and public holidays) to discuss the results of our assessment. An exchange of item, credit or refund will be issued as required. The refund does not include shipping charges. Refunds will be made directly to your visa, mastercard or nominated bank account as per your payment option.
- We will ship an exchanged item free of charge.
- We will reimburse shipping costs for faulty items only
- All returned items must be wrapped using tissue, clean paper or plastic bags and then packed into another durable bag or box. We suggest using a track and trace courier/post to prevent lost or damaged parcels
- Unless the item is faulty, the returned goods must be in new condition with the tags attached.
Due to photography software, some items may show small variations in colour. If you have any questions regarding the fit, colour or look of an item, please email or call to discuss. We endeavour to show the items as they are.

Once payment has been received in full, we will dispatch your item within 24 hours and email you a tracking number.
We use Castle Parcels with Track and Trace and will email you a tracking number once we have shipped your item. We are based in Auckland so expect delivery to take from 2 – 4 days depending on where you live. If you have received your tracking number, click here to track your parcel online.
Full Priced Garments….
We try our best to check all garments before they leave our warehouse, ensuring perfect condition, however if there is an issue with a garment please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase to discuss and if necessary, we will organise an exchange, credit or refund.
Sale items do not qualify for exchanges, credits or refunds unless we assess the item as faulty (refer below to faulty items). Please call or email if you have any queries regarding sale items BEFORE you purchase.
As all items are checked before sending, please call 09 589-1926 to discuss. Have your invoice number and item code ready to ensure we have the correct purchase. A faulty garment does not include general wear and tear but rather covers manufacturing issues. If there is a genuine fault, under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act we will replace, repair to an acceptable standard or issue a refund.
